You better believe it: A Sides has been producing music since 1990 and has released over 500 tracks to date. The prolific Londoner he is, he established his own label Eastside Records in 1996 and since then has remained a consistent figure within the drum 'n' bass scene. With 500 down and still counting, many other labels such as Metalheadz, Valve, True Playaz, Bingo, Innerground, Reinforced, Ganja or Hospital have been blessed with slices of Sides. And we haven't even mentioned his remixes. Carl Cox, Digital and the legendary Brazillian percussionist Dom Um Rumao are amongst the ones. On top of that, A Sides collaborated with Goldie, Nathan Haines, DJ Marky and Makoto. Like no other, this fine British gentleman is able to combine soulful vocals with rolling breaks, shake them with his heavy trademark bass and make them work extremely well on the dancefloor. A quality that a variety of top DJs have long noticed. A Sides' tracks appear regularly on playlists of big name cats like Grooverider, Fabio, Goldie or Andy C and he is known for his tight mixing skills and technicality as a DJ. There is no B Side to A Sides.
