As a man of deeds and not of many words, Jake One was one of the technical tutors at the RBMA in Seattle. Jake eats, breaths and shits hip hop and therefore was the one to spread the tips and tricks of clever sampling. Not all of his secrets, of course. A producer behind the scenes, Jake delivers beats to some of the greatest and latest rappers out there. While still comfy sitting behind his beloved ASR10, his profile came out from behind the desk with his LP White Van Music, cementing Jake's rep as a dynamo of the North West hip hop scene.
