Mark de Clive-Lowe carries the good good with him wherever he goes. Whether he's pulling out warm Rhodes chords or knocking out machine funk on the MPC, his music fuses jazz, classic hip hop and a myriad of other influences, into a sound that's constantly looking forward. He's dropped science on the keys for the likes of Bugz In The Attic, IG Culture, 4Hero and Restless Soul, and that's just for starters. Now residing in LA, Mark's sound is so versatile, he can fuse with musicians anywhere, and still connect on that cosmic funk level. In this session, New Zealand's original bruk don digs deep and talks about discovering West London, some of his original influences, and why jazz never stays still.
