Raised on country and western music in the outskirts of the Norwegian oil town Stavanger, multi-instrumentalist Lindstrom now lives in Oslo where he is making contemporary disco and running his Feedelity label. His original approach to dance music has been causing quite a stir, and has become quite known for his uniquely oddball take on disco, extended with elements of rock, pop or nebulous balearic and cosmic music, as well as his collaborations with fellow Norwegian Prins Thomas. Tunes like the trancy 'I Feel Space' track rocked the fundamentally different galaxies from Gilles P to P Tong and back again. Since then, there has been almost no weekend that did not see Hans-Peter and his laptop on a stage somewhere in this world. This one was recorded live at FILTER Magazine's Culture Collide Festival, LA. I feel space, you feel space, we feel space.
