NYC native XXXChange got everyone off the wall with his trax for Philly rapper Spank Rock, and has since been producing and remixing the great and the good, from Santogold, James Pants, and Gang Gang Dance to Space Ghost co-stars Thom Yorke and Bjork. One read of the fully fitted blog and it's clear that the released tracks are just the tip of the iceberg, with plenty of mixes for bona-fide superstars like Lily Allen and Beck never seeing the light of day... apart from blogland. Co-producing MTV indie darlings The Kills and pulling out killer mixes for Yeasayer and Bloc Party's Kele has seen XXXchange stock go through the roof. It's a far cry from studying jazz drums at conservatories and a spell as an intern at the DFA office, but in the world of global economics and virtual futures, it all makes hella sense.
