Based in Lyon, France, the two brothers behind Spitzer are part of the scene around the Les Nuits Sonores festival. Like many folks of their generation they grew up on a diet of fuzzy hair and even fuzzier guitars before revelatory moments involving a 4/4 techno beat changed their lives forever. The feeling of being transfixed by stark, mechanical funk still lies at the heart of their music while they have moved from bedroom beats to Kylie Minogue remixes. The sleaze that first attracted them to music still lies at the core of their music, making them a natural fit for InFiné.
