Emma Jean has travelled the globe on a wave of deep sine vibes from New Zealand to Tokyo to Cologne. E-J has been aboard the Academy ship since she was a participant at Sao Paulo in 2002, and as a team member has kept the cogs turning like one seamless mix. Meanwhile at the same time Chicago acid hit his hometown, TLR a.k.a Mr Clavio - forever torn between worlds - was playing punk and early hip hop in local youth homes where asbestos was seeping through the pores. In 1998 the Bunker label rose from its own ashes and TLR started www.globaldarkness.com, which grew into one of the most consistent electro/disco reference points in the world. By the end of 2001 the Creme Organization was born. What started out as a little playground for Mr Clavio soon grew to more serious proportions with releases of Lolita Strap, Bangkok Impact, Legowelt, Orgue Electronique, Alexander Robotnick and a slew of others. In short, shit dun blew up. Some highlights include multiple tours of the USA, Japan and Australia and a spot for the label at FUSE-IN Detroit 2005. In 2006 Crme Org has further strengthened its ties with the American Nation of Jak, by hooking up with artists like Traxx and Hieroglyphic Being. Emma Jean invited TLR and newcomer Feathered Warrior down into the 'Wishing Well' to discuss the dregs and the creme of inspiration.
