La Moutarde takes a train and gets to french producer's Simbad studio. Based in London for over ten years, Simbad is collaborating with talented artists: producing, remixing, drumming or simply playing his formal instrument, saxophone. Simbad is a traveler, he has spent time in Puerto Rico, the USA, and DJs all over the world, spinning funky music. Associated with the broken beat scene for years he's still deep into production for various projects such as Klub Sandwitch with Grem's and Disiz La Peste or selecting and mixing the Worldwide Family compilation for Gilles Peterson's Brownswood label. Here's the time we had with him, the exclusives he gave us and a mix of his french favorites. Check La Sauce à la Moutarde.
