DJ Ride (or just plain Ride as he often chooses to go by these days) made the jump from four time national Turntablism champ in Portugal to all around respected producer with ease. You can easily trace his journey by album titles alone - where he started with "Turntable Food" in 2007, by 2010 he's reached "Psychedlic Sound Waves". not content with just working alone, he also keeps busy with collaborations, the list going from Beat Bombers to Rocky Marsiano and VideoHouseStar's to collabs with Kika Santos, Supa, Rodrigo Amado, Micro Audio Waves, Coldfinger, Slimmy, Andre Fernandes, CoolHipnoise. Safe to say that in the Portuguese urban music scene, most roads lead to Ride at some point.
