Sick Girls were born when Jay-Oh and A.D. joined forces in the booth at the bar floor of Berlin's legendary Tresor Club back in 2004. Playing for the heck of it proved to be a welcome addition to a busy schedule of making things happen in the city's busy club life. Since then they never lost their sense of joyful abandon, carrying the spirit of a spur of the moment happening over into a successful career based on all varieties on bass heavy music. Playing around the world with like minded folks like Buraka, Jahcoozi or Bonde Do Role, presenting their Revolution N5 back home in Berlin at locations like WMF Club, 103 and Festsaal Kreuzberg and braodcasting a weekly FM radio show, they are at the epicenter of a scene that is easier to pin down by spirit than by musical rules. This set captures them live at Splash! 2010, a festival that, since 2007, they have helped shape on the booking side of things. Revolution sick style!
