In PanameriKa, from Tijuana, Mexico to Santiago de Chile, we are one nation! This show unfolds like a complex origami, full with post-Nortec rhythms by Panoptic, fidgety girlcore drones that buzz from Medellin, Colombia to London, England by Isa GT, and African vibes via tenerife by El Guincho (feat. Julieta Venegas). Speaking about the black continent, we open our classic tune vaults to unravel a strange cover to Angelique Kidjo's "We We" by Mexican 80s popstress Ilse, full-on with zebra hoses. If this is not odd enough, there are some bastard versions of New Order's "Blue Monday" by an all star collaboration composed by Pernett, Quantic and Lido Pimienta. And, to put a cherry on top, listen to the brutish cover of Nancy Sinatra's "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'" by the Kumbia Queers. The resulting origami, may truly end up being the shape of a platypus!
