There might be a secret link between Jo'burg and house music - and as long it's so deep and soulful, it's a mystery we don't mind staying unsolved. The Master is one of the latest in a line of producers who have that uncanny ability to turn the dance floor into a strange and spiritual place, where revelations are had. Currently studying sound engineering, he has his hands in several projects, such as his African acid jazz project Kabza, his solo deep house productions and a lounge LP with downtempo artist Classical H. That's when he isn't spinning at packed house parties and learning all about signal paths, of course. Sounds like the apprentice just became the master.
