Terje hails from Mjondalen, as in Mjondalen Diskoklubb, the first release on Full Pupp. "But there's actually nothing clubby about that place", says Terje Olsen. Still, studying astro physics and being a DJ was only ever going to end in one way: space disco! Bodies on Bearfunk07 was Terje's first release: It rocked DJs worldwide largely due to its infectious bassline and remixer Prins Thomas' disco drums, but Terje has many tricks up his own sleeve, as well, with some cheeky remixes on Swedish label GAMM and Munich-based Permanent Vacation, killer edits of Stevie Wonder and Chic classics, a cover version of Kitty Winter's New Morning, and of course his project with vocalist Dolle Jolle, Shari Vari. One thing Terje did wish he could is to make a non-stop disco soundtrack about a German safari team in space... "I wish I had more time producing music, but studying Astro physics takes time too!" We think we should help Terje to make his dream come true.
