Philadelphia's finest Starkey is blessed not only with arrangement skills that film score composers would be jealous of, but also a knack of making impressively musical, bass heavy stylings that transfer seamlessly from the club to your headphones. Known as something of a cross-pollinator, he has released DJ Mixes on his own Seclusiasis label under the ad-hoc genre title 'Street Bass', and nods too towards ghetto house and Miami bass as well as bass music from dubstep to grime. With releases on labels such as Planet Mu, Ninja Tune, or Civil Music, just to name a few, Starkey - real name: Paul Geissinger and otherwise known as Mooves!!! - is a fast-rising star.
