Switzerland's WILDLIFE! (all caps and exclamation mark mandatory, s'il vous plait) has gotten terms like ghetto tech or Jamaican electro punk thrown his way by outernational music press ever since he produced Terry Lynn's seminal 'Kingston Logic 2.0' album. That's not to say he spends much time considering linguistics, being way to busy approaching reggae stylings with a decidedly punk attitude. His rough and raw riddims have been finding more and more supporters amongst Jamaican singers of all generations, and if you count his list of remixes you'll find him right in the middle of a community much like an openhearted global Kingston.
