It might have taken people a while to catch up with Dave Huismans, and his many monikers. But finally, when the good word got out, he's delivered a constant stream of futuristic gems across all styles. Whether you first heard his oddball hip hop beats as Dogdaze, his techy dubstep fusions as 2562, or his four-not-four grooves as A Made Up Sound, his sonic palette has grabbed the ears of new-school dancers and old-school ravers the world over. As 2562 his 'Channel One' and 'Channel Two' 12"s for Pinch's Bristol-based label Tectonic have turned bass bins upside-down with their filtered chords, rinsed with rude bass and crunchy textures. Catch the man live in the mix at the Elevator Music launch party at London's Fabric.
