TettoryBad are Jazzy Sport's Masaya Fantasista & Grooveman Spot (aka Tettory BLK) from Tokyo plus London's Simbad! Stepping between many styles but always keeping the balance and the flow, TettoryBad are part of the worldwide league of future soul music that doesn't care too much about genre boundaries. Featuring a bunch of live-instruments their music drifts from hip hop to neo soul and jazzy leanings, covering a wide range from electronic soul grooves and jazzy dope beat instrumentals to heavy broken beats. With their album "Unite" on Japan's leading beat imprint Jazzy Sport (which was recently re-released on Sunshine Enterprises) the trio also provides some remarkable collaborations: England's finest MC, the man TY, London's Young Gunand, fellow Japanese artists Mika Arisaka and Yuri, Detroit's Paul Randolph, the great Shea Soul as well as latest soul sensation from London: Academy alumni and vocalist Fatima. Here's an exclusive mix straight outta their Nice Dream Studio Takaban in Tokyo.
