Shaped in 1995 to do a remix for Pierre Henry, Chateau Flight developed to a production outfit of its own. Breath-taking singles and miraculous albums like 'Puzzle', 'The Meal' and 'Les Vampires' on their very own Versatile outfit gained them the desirable reputation of being "outstanding". Consisting of Gilbert Cohen (Gilb'r), the founder of Versatile and renown for his musical diversity and I:Cube, France's electronic music genius, Chateau Flight is the playground where all their influences meet: From futuristic jazz thought to an analogue house feel and from deep techno rhythms to earth shaking electro sounds, glued together with everything that fits inbetween and a humorous sense for delicate pop melodies on top. In their studio full of vintage synths and modern software, they remixed luminaires such as Air, Daft Punk, Manu Dibango and even the ueber-great Serge Gainsbourg. Here the dynamic boys flex their skills at Joakim's release party at the Nouveau Casino in Paris.
