Detroit's next wunderkind might go by the name of Kyle Hall. An example of what could happen to you, if your parents are into house music. Having produced retarded techno jazz for Omar-S and his FXHE imprint, Kyle has started his own label now: Wild Oats. Taking inspiration and influences from said Omar-S as well as from the ever-evolving Theo Parrish and the city's music historian Mike Huckaby, the future looks bright for the young 'un with remixes for the critically acclaimed Hyperdub label and an audience longing for more. Here we have a special mix by the Motor City's prodigal son.
