Subeena knows a thing or two about how to make bass lines bounce out the speakers. As well as making dark techno-flavoured dubstep, in between her classes studying music technology, Subeena also likes rocking the decks at her monthly residencies Platform 1 and D.O.T.S. - usually back to back with Dot, co-owner of Subeena's own label Imminent Records, formerly Immigrant. That she manages to do this on the days when she's not working at Warp mart, one of the premier stores for electronic music should make you start to see the level of dedication in this bright girl's ears. This set from Bestival once again proves that she earns the 'sub' in her name.
