Canyons is made up of two producers (Academy alumni Fred Cherry aka Phoenix and Frostwave) with a passion for Soul, Disco, Psych Rock, Jazz and tropical drinks. They combine live instruments of all sorts, vocals, drum machines and the odd sample to create a unique blend of what they like to call pinapple lounge or club music. Their live/DJ shows are very very fun and a debut record 'The Lovemore EP' will appear soon through ueber-hype Hole In The Sky and when not busy pretending to be popstars, they are intersted in boating, tropical drinks of all kinds, spending lots of time in the club, dolphins and just good stuff in general. Caramba!
