A multimedia whiz, session drummer and animator, Richard Eigner's tracks ransack your cranium's music shelves for boxes marked 'Jazz', 'Minimal' and 'Electronica'. His hypnotic passages won Austria's Elektronikland Award (for experimental electronics) in 2005 and recently found an outlet with an album on Cristian Vogel's Station 55 label and his own Wald-Entertainment, as well as on a soundtrack for Canadian choreographer Laura Kappel. Richard reckons he can distinguish the different saw-waves from Nord Modular and N.I. Reaktor, and there's no way we’re calling him a liar. That's maybe just one fact, Patrick Pulsinger likes so much about Richard. For the first time, the Viennese legend and versatile producer joins his protege for a live jam - and we got it all on tape!
