Urban Art Forms

In today's digital world, the many strands of visual and music culture are merging closer together, and the Urban Art Forms is at the front of the pack when it comes to exploring these new virgin territories. Since 2004 the UAF Festival has been turning the town of Wiesen in Austria's easternmost Burgenland into a clubber's paradise, bringing together the most forward-looking acts for the dancefloor with the world's leading visual artists to create a kaleidoscopic audio-visual experience. Around 40.000 revellers flock from all across Europe to experience the festival, and each year they choose a loose theme and give the artists the freedom to let their imaginations run wild. This simple formula works wonders, leaving nothing lost in translation for this celebration of the senses. The RBMA Radio stage sees extended Academy kindred come together, and has included artists like Clara Moto, Patrick Pulsinger, Ritornell, J.Wow & Kalaf, and Benga. This line up ain't uaffer thin!
