After all, there’s nothing more tiring and boring than radio that disrespects the listener’s intelligence. Broadcasting live from the Kingsway Campus of the University of Johannesburg, UJFM is a dedicated community radio station where there’s little time for recycled rotations of the same ol' same ol'. Apart from providing space for thought and discussion, UJFM is, of course, a music station – and though it focuses mainly on rock music, Red Bull Music Academy Radio and UJFM team up for selected shows to bring a little groove to the heart of Jo’Burg.
