Broadcasting from the historical Radio Rai Studios in Milano, Eclectica is like an aqueduct gently arching between all kinds of musical idioms, swinging between the outer recesses of Italian music and the latest international trends, overcoming all borders along the way. Presented by Alessio Bertallot, famed for his broadcasts on Radio Rai, his presence on MTV Italy and his, well, truly eclectic DJ sets, this show digs down to the true sense of its title - 'eclectic' meaning "selecting/choosing from various sources" in languages from ancient Greek through Latin to current Italian. So pass respect to the selector as you point your antennas south of the Alps!
