Synch Festival

Greece has made festival-going into a national sport for over 2500 years, and Synch proves no exception. The very first edition of the Synch Festival kicked off in 2004 in the Technopolis, and has been gathering a reputation for Athens' most community-led celebration - bringing together the best bits of market, music, and cultural workshops. 'The Meet Market' is in its own hall, with creations and innovations from designers, artists, collectors, record stores, organic cosmetics and food, and is the perfect way to compliment the workshops and music programme with its inclusive policy. SAE Athens come onboard for afternoons of music production and digital synthesis, while the musical core of this two day extravaganza brings live performances on open-air stages from international pacesetters like Hot Chip and Tony Allen, alongside independent and boundary-pushing acts from the Greek electronic scene.
